We proudly want to present the latest project delivery, an IQOS store in Gothenburg. In cooperation with Philip Morris International we have delivered services to project manage and support the construction and installation work of the store environment, back office, kitchen and stockroom. The cooperation with IQOS has been very positive and we wish IQOS the best at this new store location for IQOS heat-not-burn products.
We are revisiting the forecourt store OKQ8 that is next to Landvetter airport in Gothenburg, where the new concept rollout called “Quick To Go” started in 2014. “Since this first store delivery, ROL Fredbergs have completed about 240 store deliveries to OKQ8 – updating their stores to the Quick To Go concept” – says Maria Sandberg, Project manager at ROL Fredbergs.

So here it is…our UK Office Refurbishment. Sorry we kept you waiting. We hope its worth it. A full re-design of a tired old office space and a Cat B fit-out equals one beautiful office for our employees to walk in to every day. In fact, it’s received so much positive feedback in other ROL offices that some are already designing their new office space too! (what have we started?!). In the meantime, take a while to watch our promo video and realise the space we have created. ROL Fredbergs have successfully delivered a programme to Dunnes Stores that contributed towards launching their new format in 5 stores from Dublin to Cork. Dunnes Stores has been part of the fabric of Irish life for over 70 years. Their long-established Better Value promise has made them Ireland’s largest and leading retailer. We are proud to have Dunnes Stores as a client and we look forward to doing more projects together in the future.
Re-opening of McDonald’s restaurant near Asecs shopping centre, Sweden. ROL Fredbergs have completed yet another turnkey project. After 6 weeks of refurbishment work, the restaurant has got new floors, new furnishings (LIM Extreme 2.0 concept), rebuilding of kitchens, moving walls, expanding McDrive, new roof, new staff rooms and offices, new cash dispensers and installation and system integration of 12 self-service stations. Even though the restaurant is one of the busiest in the Nordic region and so extensive rebuilding, the restaurant has been able to stay open for 5 of 6 weeks thanks to ROL Fredbergs experience of project management of this type of turnkey project. After a successful opening on the planned date we wish the restaurant and its staff a good luck in the future.
ROL Fredbergs is very grateful for rebuilding and renovating Subway’s restaurants in the Nordic region. Now we have carefully renovated and installed a new interior design concept for the Subway in Gothenburg. We are proud to have delivered a turnkey restaurant and we wish Subway with restaurant staff a great deal of luck with the new opening of the restaurant.

SF Bio (Odeon Cinemas Group) Helsingborg, Sweden, is building a new cinema. ROL Fredbergs has delivered and installed the VIP Saloon, Shop and Lounge area . This Turn-key project involved the addition of new interiors with ROL Fredbergs undertaking all fit-out works including the digital signage. ROL Fredbergs are very happy and proud to have delivered another SF Bio cinema. The cinema will open to the public on October 25th.
ROL Fredbergs have delivered the first food bars to swedish supermarket ICA. The project is a success and the roll out plan is being extended. We are very happy and proud to be awarded the job to supply this beautiful new designed project.
