Hede Fashion Outlet premium profile has a wide mix of quality brands which attracts a plethora of discerning customers.
With its inauguration in October this year the Hede Fashion Outlet now has a total of 70 stores, food concepts and playground. All on a total area of 19,000 square meters. A venture that has generated 100 new jobs for the local area. ROL Fredbergs has been responsible for dismantling the old Hugo Boss store, building a temporary store, and then performing a total renovation of the shop area and installing a new interior design concept.
The ROL Fredbergs project manager for the construction project is Anders Jonasson. Anders says that the renovation project has been going on for six weeks. Over this period of time we have delivered new flooring, demolished and built new walls, installed new electrics, painted, fluttered, installed new lighting, installed new interior design, installed checkout system, installed internal and external communication. We have actually done everything necessary to hand over a turn-key shop for Hugo Boss.
“It has been a very exciting and fun project”, says Anders. “Since the client’s Operations team works in England, this could have been be a major challenge to succeed with the project. But thanks to a close dialogue with Hugo Boss’s organization, the geographical distance has not posed any problems. This is the fourth country where we have delivered turnkey projects for Hugo Boss, so we have developed a good understanding of the requirements needed to adhere to their level of specification”, says Anders.
“We are extremely proud to have these assignments for us”, says Mikael Alm CEO of ROL FREDBERGS “We see it as a recognition and proof of the quality of our business that such a reputable company as Hugo Boss chooses to collaborate with us in so many countries. We will continue to do our best to meet the high expectations of our deliveries”. ROL Fredbergs have been commissioned to refurbish other Hugo Boss concessions across the UK and Nordics and this will continue into 2020.
