Martin Odqvist appointed CEO of ROL Group

Martin Odqvist has been appointed CEO of ROL Group, effective September 1, 2026 as part of a succession process planned and approved by the ROL Board of directors.

Stefan Lager has decided to retire from his executive role after many successful years as CEO. Stefan has agreed to remain as Senior Advisor, at least throughout fall 2026, to support ROL Group when needed.

ROL Group's strategic direction and commitments to our customers, employees and partners remain unchanged.
